John Livingston Named to <em>North Carolina Lawyer's Weekly</em> "2023 Real Estate Power List"

North Carolina Lawyer’s Weekly recently named Kilpatrick’s John Livingston, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Development team, to its “2023 Real Estate Power List.” Only 26 attorneys from across the Tar Heel state were chosen. Lawyers selected have “a front-row seat to the state’s real estate scene.” The honor is “based on nominations from the legal community that recognizes leading attorneys in real estate law.”

In the article that accompanied the recognition, John attributes his success to his diligence: “I strive to put as much or more effort and attention to our client’s transactions and issues as I would on my own and am as invested in their success within their organization and industry as I am on my own.”

Mr. Livingston is based out of the firm’s Raleigh office and leads 19 attorneys and paralegals from locations throughout the Southeast, representing clients throughout the world.
